For projects and field missions

The objectives are in one document. The travel is in another. You are the only join.

A team leader running a field mission does two jobs at once: run the work, and run the trip. The workplan sits in a file nobody opens mid-mission, the itinerary sits in an email thread, the team changes between cities, and every change redoes the accommodation. This holds both halves in one record, city by city.

What this actually looks like on a Tuesday

Someone asks where the mission stands and whether it is on track. Answering means opening the workplan, then the booking confirmations, then a chat thread, then asking three experts what they finished. Meanwhile the itinerary has moved and the due dates have not followed it. You end up writing the same status twice: once in the words the back office wants, once in the words the workplan uses.

What the product does

It starts from the document you already have

Upload the assignment document or a workbook and the app reads the framework, the field sites with the days or nights where the document states them, and the team roles. A review screen shows what was read, what was cut and what is missing, and you correct it before anything is created. A document with no framework in it returns an honest nothing, never an invented one.

The uploaded file is deleted as soon as it has been read, the reading runs in the EU region, and a scan flags anything that looks like a name, an email address or a phone number.

The framework, assigned per city, once

The framework is drawn once as a matrix: its entries down the side, your cities across the top, activities nested under the result they serve. A tick says this result is served at this stop, and a gap in the coverage is visible on the same screen instead of being discovered in the report. Each city carries its own wording and its own deliverables.

An indicator keeps its target, its baseline and its contractual wording, and carries no measured value. The app never asserts a figure you would be held to.

The logistics half, which is the part nobody else joins up

Multi-stop itineraries prefilled from the document and then edited by you. A room split per stop, searched against properties that can genuinely house it, with an honest empty result for a rural site rather than a near-miss. Team composition per stop as numbered role slots with presence per city, so who is there drives how many rooms are needed. Budget lines in the currency they are spent in, grouped by currency and never summed across.

And it comes back out again

A printable mission report: the framework, what was assigned where, deliverables with their status, presence and beds, budget per currency, risks with the person watching them. A status workbook as a spreadsheet the back office can open. Short written updates at any point. All of it from the same record, so the narrative and the logistics cannot contradict each other.

What it deliberately does not do

  • It does not measure your indicators. It shows them, with the target and baseline your contract states.
  • It does not convert currencies. A total is shown per currency of record, never merged into one number.
  • It does not hold your team as people. The roster is role slots, not names.
  • It does not run your mission for you. You choose every property, and you complete any bookings yourself, directly with the provider. We do not act as a travel agent, contract with providers on your behalf, or handle any payments.
  • It does not promise a bookable room everywhere. Some field sites have nothing searchable near them, and the honest answer is shown.
  • It does not assume how you get reimbursed. Contracts and clients differ on that, so nothing here is designed around one way of doing the paperwork.

Where this is today, stated plainly

This part of the product is built and running, and it is not open for sign-up yet. The reason is not the software: there is no registered company yet to name as the responsible party for a client's project data, and opening it before that would be the wrong order. The company is being registered. Until it is, the way to see this is a conversation and a walkthrough, with a real document if you want to bring one.

See it properly

Half an hour, screen shared, no slides. Bring an assignment document if you have one you can share, or watch it run on ours.
