Terms of Service

SquadTravel.ai is an independent search aggregator for group accommodation. We surface real-time availability from third-party providers so your group can find one property that fits everyone's room split, at each stop of your itinerary. We do not own, operate, or manage any lodging we display, and we are not a travel agency or tour operator.

When the trip leader clicks "Confirm group booking," they are redirected to our affiliate partner's site (e.g. Booking.com) to complete the reservation and payment directly with that partner. SquadTravel.ai never processes payments and never holds card details. We may earn an affiliate commission on completed bookings, at no extra cost to you. Availability and prices shown on SquadTravel.ai are estimates from our data providers; the price and conditions on the partner's site at the moment of booking are the ones that apply.

We are not liable for lodging disputes, cancellations, overbooking, price changes, or any issues arising during your trip. Any such issue must be resolved directly with the booking partner or the property. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it (currently: nothing, as the service is free).

Only the trip leader — the person who creates a trip — can confirm a booking on the group's behalf. Group members can view trip details and indicate which room they would take, but the leader reviews and presses "Confirm group booking" and is responsible for that decision toward the group, whether organizing family, friends, or colleagues. If you book for other people, you confirm you are entitled to act on their behalf.

Trip details are visible to everyone who has the trip's share link. Only share the link with people you want to see the trip. You are responsible for what you post in trip names, display names, and chat messages.

Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempts to circumvent security measures (including App Check), no abusive load on our search or AI features, and no unlawful, misleading, or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Itinerary distances, travel times, route descriptions, and AI concierge answers are provided for convenience only and can be inaccurate or outdated. They are not a substitute for official local guidance. You are responsible for your own trip planning and safety decisions.

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app and the date above updated. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: admin@squadtravel.ai. These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator of SquadTravel.ai is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
