• Ask for a 20-minute call to walk through your trip or your project.
• Report a problem: the e-mail opens with the three things that make it fixable (the page address, what you did, what happened).
• Report abuse: a trip, a plan or a message that carries phishing, spam or content that harms someone. We can remove it and close the account behind it.

Ask the concierge

The chat bubble at the bottom right answers questions about how this site works, what a word means, and about routes, weather and safety for a trip. On a mission it knows the product's own vocabulary: the frame, deliverables, presence, the report.

It cannot see your trips, missions or documents. For anything about yours, open its page or write to a person. It is an AI assistant, and it will tell you when it does not know.

Where things are

• My work, in the menu: your trips, your projects, the documents you had read, your saved plans.
• A trip page holds the itinerary with the rooms your group needs, the share link for the people joining, and, for a team on a mission, the deliverables and the report. Rooms are booked by you, directly with the property; nothing is paid through this site.
• A project holds the frame a series of missions serves, its risk matrix, the missions themselves and the dashboard that reads them side by side. Every page carries a strip at the top saying where you are and where you can go.
• What this site keeps about you, and your rights: the privacy page.
